Dance is a way to communicate that transcends typical language barriers. My classes, workshops, and seminars create a community and safe space where people feel supported, heard, and understood. A space where they feel connected to their roots and proud of their journey and identity. A space where the community is formed and transformed through movement and dance. I encourage the metamorphosis of society through art by giving room for reflection, discovery, and growth.
